H&W believes Quality Control is our responsibility to our customers.  With that said, the definition of Quality Control has multiple factors. First, we insist on an open line of communication between each level of operations, from the painter directly to the Operations Manager. Next, H&W makes every effort possible to maintain qualified, trained personnel.  We ensure continued education and training for all employees. We believe that Quality Control must be an ongoing effort to guarantee the services that we offer will meet or exceed our clients’ expectation.  

Mr. Greg Boston, Field Paint Operations Manager, Quality Control Manager, and NACE 3 Inspector, works with H&W’s team of managers and painters to implement specific standards needed for each individual project.  He oversees the field painting's daily operations to verify the criteria and requirements are being met and continues to offer training to assure quality and control.  Remedial efforts are not acceptable.  H&W holds all employees to a higher level of expectations and has built its reputation.  

A few highlights that have been implemented are are:

  • Highest level of technical expertise overseeing our projects

  • Each painter/blaster has received required OQ training subject to the needs of the project
