Our team boasts of a combined work experience of more than 100 years in the sandblasting and coatings industry. Our experience is one of the reasons we are known in the oil and gas industry as a company who effectively protects assets by careful planning, skillful execution, and quality control.

Louis Hall started H&W Industrial Services as a premier industrial coating company in 1981. Originally an industrial painting contractor, H&W has expanded to include work for the US Army Corps of Engineers, Texas Department of Transportation, numerous city entities and petroleum customers thanks to Louis' leadership and direction.
VP of Internal Operations
Margaret Story serves H&W Industrial as Vice President of Operations, overseeing daily operations and staff. Margaret also supervises the Accounts Payables and Receivables departments and directs the Human Resource Department. Working closely with Louis Hall in the planning and growth of H&W, Margaret's tenure of over twenty years with H&W has proved invaluable to our company's growth and development.
Vanessa Hood has over a decade of experience in the painting industry. Vanessa helps with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and human resources. She works closely with our project manager in completing bids and scheduling work. Her positive attitude contributes to our ongoing success.

Robert Hood's service at H&W has spanned over twenty years. His experience in the industrial painting industry is recognized by his peers and customers throughout the East Texas area. Robert directs the facility spray booth. He maintains the highest standards of professionalism and work ethic.Certifications: NACE Level 1 Project Manager, NACE I CIP # 42200

He is well versed in all types of coatings and liners which allows H&W to better serve our clientele. Kyle works along side of his father, Robert Hood, making a team of professionals with unprecedented workmanship.
